KIMO TODD, JD, CPA, ABV, CFF, CVA

Kimo Todd is a founding member of Todd & Seabolt LLC. Mr. Todd has been qualified and has testified as an expert witness in Hawaii State court. Mr. Todd specializes in business valuation, economic damages analysis, lost earnings calculations, forensic accounting, and other litigation support and consulting services.

Prior to joining Todd & Seabolt LLC, Mr. Todd was the Vice President and Tax Manager in the Wealth Management Group of a major Hawaii-based bank. Prior to that, he was a manager in the tax department of Deloitte & Touche LLP, the international certified public accounting firm.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Todd is accredited in business valuation ("ABV") by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is a Certified Valuation Analyst ("CVA") and is Certified in Financial Forensics (“CFF”) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Todd is also a licensed attorney in the State of Hawaii and a member of the Hawaii State Bar. Mr. Todd, who is a graduate of Kamehameha School and the University of Oregon, acquired his law degree at the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law. Mr. Todd also lectures on the subject of business valuation to various groups and seminars.

Mr. Todd is a past officer of the Tax Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Todd also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Historic Hawaii Foundation and Goodwill Industries of Hawaii.

DUANE SEABOLT, JD, MBA, CPA/CFF/ABV, CFE

Duane Seabolt is a founding member of Todd & Seabolt LLC. Mr. Seabolt has been qualified and has testified as an expert witness in Hawaii State court and at arbitration. Mr. Seabolt has also performed the role of mediator. Mr. Seabolt specializes in forensic accounting, business valuation, fraud investigations, economic damage calculations, lost earnings calculations and other litigation support and consulting services.

Prior to joining Todd & Seabolt LLC, Mr. Seabolt was a senior manager with a large Hawaii telecommunications company. Prior to that, he practiced law for 6 years as a civil litigation attorney with a prominent Hawaii law firm. Before attending law school, Mr. Seabolt worked as a CPA for 5 years in Hawaii and Florida for national and regional CPA firms performing audit and accounting services, tax services, fraud investigations, business valuations and other consulting services.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Seabolt holds the credentials of Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He also holds the credentials of Certified in Financial Forensics ("CFF") and Accredited in Business Valuations (“ABV”) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Seabolt is a licensed attorney and a current lecturer at Kapiolani Community College and past lecturer at Leeward Community College in the areas of financial accounting, managerial accounting, business law and information technology. Mr. Seabolt is also a current lecturer at Hawaii Pacific University in the areas of financial accounting and finance.

Mr. Seabolt is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
